OMG!! Its March already and I haven't blogged in here since before Christmas.
I actually managed to get through Christmas not too badly. Everey weekend for the month leading up to Christmas day we were travelling back home to various Christmas parties with various family groups. So each weekend I would be eating and drinking large amounts of food and drink. This went on for a couple of weeks without me doing to much damage until a week or so after Christmas and New Year and the scales were creeping up very close to 59!? And my boardies were tight around my thighs and bum.
So back on the WW wagon to try and get back down again. After the first week I lost 200g and then the next week 200g again! Not quick enough!! It took this to realise if I wanted to get this weight off me quickly- I needed to stop drinking 2 bottles of wine every weekend (which was basically a direct result of summer and being too social!) Anyway I cut out the wine for a couple of weeks and got on the wagon good and proper and within a couple of weeks I was weighing in at 56.0!!
Today I am 56.9 which isn't too bad considering 2 days ago after a week of being bad I weighed 58!!
So basically I am managing to maintain the weight pretty well. I just make sure I weigh myself every day so that it doesn't creep on without me knowing. As soon as it starts creeping up thats when I need to take control again!! Before it gets too hard to lose.
