Well- I was on track towards my goal of 55kgs on Friday morning when I weighed in at 56.3! Only 1.3kgs to goal!
That is until I went away for the weekend to celebrate a close friends 30th birthday. I enjoyed 2 nights away in Sorrento with close friends with no children. Was trying to be good (although not actually counting points) went for a run on the Saturday morning, earned more bonus points shopping with the girls and even chose wisely at lunch and dinner. Lunch was at the pub where I ordered chicken and vege soup (despite one friend rolling her eyes at my choice- what is with that anyway?) and then dinner I ordered an entree of prawns- can't even remember what it was served with though but it wasn't bad! (Too many afternoon wines while we were preparing to go out for dinner and lets just say by dinner time I was onto the water.)
So this morning my scales are saying 57.9!!! A weekend gain of 1.6kgs!!! Bad- but I am hoping by flushing my system with water and eating low point meals today topped off with a run I might be able to undo the damage by WI day and get back to 56.3- then it will be all downhill as I have no social outings for 2 weeks.
Will let you know how I go!!
